“In giving we receive” is our school motto. Our hearts are full when we can give to others no matter how big or small it may be. These amazing student leaders are holding a store called Bits and Pieces to raise awareness and donations. Caritas Australia “Together, we can make a difference now, and For All Future Generations.” Bits and Pieces has raised $343.80 this week to donate to Project Compassion. Congratulations and thank you to all our amazing Trinity families for your support. Bits and Pieces will be selling again next week at recess time.

Australia’s future leaders are right here! What a fun day for Year 6 – Leadership Day and meeting kindergarten. The beginning of the year presents a fantastic opportunity to have conversations around being the best versions of yourself, as leaders in Year 6 at Trinity. Today Year 6 and Yale spent the day working through a series of activities to look at who they are, being proud of that person, and embracing their qualities. We also looked at the qualities of our role models and the qualities we would like to grow and nurture in ourselves. Creative thinking also came into play when the students had to bring “anything but a backpack” for their personal items. So many clever ideas!
